Council for Disabled Children have a range of free SEND resources on a wide range of topics including education, health and social care.
GOV.UK provide further information on the support available to families with disabled children. This includes education, home adaptions and the Motability scheme.
The Disabled Children’s Partnership provide a platform for disabled young people and their families to have their voices heard. We are part of their 100-organisation strong coalition campaigning for better health and care services for disabled children.
Kidz to Adultz host free exhibitions across the country designed to create an inclusive space for disabled children and young people, their families and the people that support them to come together to share expertise and services. MOVE Europe attend Kidz to Adultz each year and we would love to see you there!
